The service
getdeals.lol sells promotional placement on a public leaderboard. Paying moves your listing up the ranking; your position lasts until other listings outrank it. Placement is delivered immediately upon successful payment.
Payments are final
Because placement is a promotional service delivered immediately, all payments are final and non-refundable. This includes losing your position to other listings that later pay more.
No guarantees
We make no guarantees about traffic, clicks, or sales resulting from a placement. Click counts shown on the site are best-effort estimates.
Listings
You must own or be authorized to promote the product you list. We may edit or remove listings that are unlawful, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate, at our sole discretion and without refund.
Prices and taxes
All prices are in US dollars and exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.
No warranty, limited liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Changes
We may change these terms, pricing, ranking mechanics, or any part of the service, or discontinue it entirely, at any time. Changes apply from the moment they are posted here.
Privacy
We collect your email address to send payment receipts and your listing's edit link. We don't sell it or share it with anyone except our payment processor (Stripe) as needed to process your payment.
Operator and governing law
getdeals.lol is operated by Codeto Prague s.r.o., Chudenička 1059/30, Hostivař, 102 00 Praha, Czech Republic, company ID (IČO) 11863226. These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Czech courts.
